Kolay Gelsin NL is a platform designed to connect business owners and users in the Netherlands. We have developed two different applications: Kolay Gelsin Provider and Kolay Gelsin User. For more information about us, you can check our article here.

Kolay Gelsin Provider is our application aimed at business owners. If you want to promote your business throughout the Netherlands, we will share the details of the application and membership in this article.

• Who Can Join?

Anyone who wants to grow their business can join the Kolay Gelsin Provider application. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are having difficulty planning and managing your business, this application may not be suitable for you.

• How Can You Join?

To become a member, you can download the Kolay Gelsin Provider application from the App Store or Google Play .Follow the steps below.

• Which language should profiles and services be in?

Since the applications were opened to international users on October 29th, the profiles and services in the Kolay Gelsin Provider app must be defined in English. If you do not offer services in English( for instance Dutch or Turkish), it is sufficient to mention this in the service description.

• I Can't Add Services, What Should I Do?

Please contact our WhatsApp help desk line at +31647602159. We will assist you with your service entry using the information you provide.

• Is Membership Paid?

**Important Note: Starting from October 29th, we are offering all business owners a 1-year free membership. Therefore, this step is not required to be completed during the free membership period.

Yes, we have different Premium membership options available. After entering your services, you can select your Premium plan using the “Buy Now” option in the Homepage section. Our aim is to list the services of business owners who actively track their work in the Kolay Gelsin User application. This means that not all businesses registered and entered their services will be visible in the User application; only those with Premium Membership will be listed.

• I Entered My Services, But I Don’t See Them in the Kolay Gelsin User Application?

**Important Note: Starting from October 29th, we are offering all business owners a 1-year free membership. Therefore, this step is not required to be completed during the free membership period.

If you have entered your services and purchased Premium membership by using the “Buy Now” option in the Homepage section, your services will be visible in the Kolay Gelsin User application. If you have a Premium membership, you can download the Kolay Gelsin User application to check how your services appear. However, if you have not purchased Premium membership, your services will not be visible in the User application.

• How Can I Add the Blue Verification Checkmark to My Profile?

The blue verification checkmark shows that business owners have registered with the Kamer van Koophandel (KVK) and have uploaded their documents to the application. To receive this checkmark, you need to complete step 4 in the membership process.
